6 Week Program

November 12, 2019 - December 22, 2019

Beauchamp fitness Youth & Teen Camps are a series of fun fast paced & high energy 60-minute training sessions focusing on developing the youth of today for the challenges of tomorrow. Youth Groups are open to both male and female children between the ages of 7-12 years old and Teen groups are open to both male and female teenagers between the ages of 13-17 years old. Our program focuses on teaching our youth & teens the fundamentals of fitness, health and wellness through education of proper exercise technique, proper hydration & nutrition for the young athlete.

Youth Camps (7-12 Years Old)

Beauchamp fitness youth strength and conditioning program is based on preparing, developing and educating our young athletes for their future in life and sport. Our program is designed to improve the young athlete’s coordination, speed, agility, strength and confidence in a variety of exercise protocols, which will not only better prepare the young athlete for sport but will also prevent injuries now and in the future. Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of exercise and movement in a fun and high energy atmosphere that helps build and promote self-confidence, team work and mindset! Plus, your kids will sleep better, feel better and have improved energy and focus! Our program focuses on

Teen Camps (13-18 Years Old)

Beauchamp fitness teen strength & conditioning program is based on preparing, developing and educating our teen athletes to excel in life and sport. Our program is designed to improve the teen athlete’s biomechanics, strength, speed and power through a variety of fundamental and sport specific exercise techniques and protocols. Plus, your teens will sleep better, feel better and have improved energy and focus! Our program focuses on:

  • Fundamentals of exercise & movement
  • 3D movement patterns
  • Proper Biomechanics & muscular activation/firing patterns
  • Mobility, Flexibility & Functional Range of motion
  • Foundational Strength, Power & Explosiveness
  • Speed, Agility and conditioning
  • Core strength & hip stability
  • Postural/Rotator cuff strength & stability
  • Proper hydration & nutrition for the teen athlete

Youth Camps (7-12 Years Old)

  • Monday/Wednesday-6:00pm-7:00pm
  • Saturday-12:00pm-1:00pm

Teen Camps (13-18 Years Old)

  • Monday/Wednesday-7:00-8:00pm
  • Saturday-12:00pm-1:00pm

Pricing-Based On 6 Week Program

  • $270.00-3 Sessions/week (18 sessions total)
  • $210.00-2 Sessions/Week (12 sessions total)
  • $150.00-1 Session/Week (6 Sessions total)
