The Burlington Bandits and the Burlington Organized Minor Baseball Association welcome all to Nelson Park on Saturday, June 7th for BOMBA Youth Baseball Day. All BOMBA Participants will receive FREE tickets for Saturday's game and will be able to participate in the days events.

BOMBA and The Bandits Announce Youth Baseball Camps

imageBOMBA and the Burlington Bandits are offering a week long, baseball camp at Nelson Park in Burlington for players 7-15 years old.

Players will be provided with instruction and drills designed to challenge them and improve fundamentals. Campers must bring Baseball Gear, Lunch (except Friday) and Sunscreen. Campers will receive a t-shirt, ticket to a Bandits game and lunch on Friday. Burlington Bandits Camps are a peanut free environment.




Dates: Week 1: July 14th - 18th, 2014     Week 2: July 21st - 25th, 2014

Ages: 7 - 15

Times: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
(Early drop off & pick up available)

Price: $200.00 + HST

The City of Burlington will notify BOMBA by 3:00pm if diamonds are to be closed that evening.

Once the City makes this decision, the information will be posted on the BOMBA website, and an email will be sent out to BOMBA coaches. This information will also be posted on the City of Burlington website here

If the City does not close the parks, games may be cancelled by the coach of the home team due to weather conditions - the coaches are responsible for these communications.

Challenger National Jamboree - June 7th

The Toronto Blue Jays are proud to host the National Challenger Baseball Jamboree on Saturday, June 7 at the conclusion of the Blue Jays vs. Cardinals game at Rogers Centre. The exact start time will not be determined until the final out is recorded, and children have finished Running the Bases. Interested participants (and families) must have a ticket to the baseball game in order to attend the postgame Jamboree. Participants must preregister prior to attending the event. The Jamboree will be a collection of baseball games taking place on the field at Rogers Centre. Space is limited, so register today!

Rookie Ball Bulls Win Tournament in Cambridge

The Burlington Bulls Rookie Ball team entered their first tournament of the year, winning the Cubbies Classic Rookie Ball Tournament on the May long weekend in Cambridge. The entire lineup contributed the entire weekend, with lots of greats bats, and very strong defense over the entire weekend.
