Minor Pee Wee Bulls Win 2014 AAA OBAs!!

Congratulations to the Minor Pee Wee Bulls for winning the 2014 AAA championship.


This is a major accomplishment!! 


After going undefeated in the COBA regional playdowns three weeks earlier, the Minor PeeWee Tier 1 Burlington Bulls repeated the feat in capturing the OBA championship. This Tier 1 provincial championship is the first for the Burlington Bulls organization since 2006. In round robin play the Bulls defeated strong teams from North York, Clarington, Brampton, and Stouffville. The Bulls beat Etobicoke in the semifinal to advance to the final against Brampton for the second year in a row. The Bulls won convincingly 8-4 over the Royals to capture the OBA championship without losing a game. Members of the Minor PeeWee Bulls are: Callum Belshaw, Owen Caissie, Aaron Duffy, Jordan Leishman, Ryan Mansfield, Eric Martyn, RJ Mayor, Brian McGoey, Ben Roberts, Connor Stapleford, Cameron Smith, Jackson Smith, and Matt Torresan. The Bulls were coached by Tony Patzalek and assistants Dave Bedford, Greg Belshaw and Tyler Patzalek.

Bulls Win Jr Rookie Ball COBAs

The Burlington Bulls Jr Rookie Ball Team won the COBA "A" Division with a victory over the Mississauga Twins.


The Jr Rookie Ball Bulls are:

Minor PeeWee Bulls Advance to OBAs

The Burlington Bulls Minor PeeWee (AAA) Team has advanced to the OBAs through their performance in the COBAs.

The "Ice Bucket Challenge" has people dumping a bucket of ice-cold water over their heads and posting a video of it on Facebook or You Tube to raise awareness for ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Major Mosquito Bulls Semi Finalists in Newmarke

The Burlington Bulls Major Mosquito Tier 1 team had a successful tournament competing in the 39th Annual Silver Bat held in New Market July 25-27th. Going to the finals, the Bulls faced Barrie and were defeated 6-3, taking home the semi finalists trophy. The boys played competitively and proudly represented the city of Burlington.

BOMBA House League Championship Day

BOMBA House League Championship Day will be held on August 9. The top two teams will play in the Championship Game for each division and the third and fourth placed teams will play in the Consolation Finals.

Junior Eliminations on NOW in Burlington!

This August Civic Holiday long weekend 23 baseball teams from across the Province will be descending upon Burlington for the Junior Eliminations with the winner being Ontario’s Representative at the Baseball Canada Championships in Dartmouth, N.S. in August. Come on out to see some highly skilled baseball at Ireland, Millcroft, Nelson and Milton Parks.


Congratulations to 2014 Junior Champions - Windsor!!

Runner up Brampton will also advance to the Nationals.
