FIELDING CLINIC
Strike Zone fielding clinics focus on developing essential skills such as fielding, agility, throwing, proper footwork, hand-eye coordination, and on-field positioning.
Under the guidance of Coach Garrett, players will face new challenges each week through specially designed drills that assess and elevate their level of play. The clinic places a strong emphasis on ground ball repetitions, along with comprehensive throwing and glove work exercises.

HITTING CLINIC
Strike Zone Training will be offering hitting clinics Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting in October. These clinics will all your player to refine their mechanics and learn consistency and confidence.
Coach Garrett Takamatsu will guide players through progression drills. Tee work, soft toss and batting practice will be the main components of the training method. If your players would like quality reps and the ability to fine tune their swing, this is the clinic for them.

PITCHING CLINIC
Fine-tune your players pitching while receiving quality instruction.
Coaches will work with the pitchers, no more than 15 at a time, so each pitcher receives adequate attention. Coaches will use pitching drills to reinforce proper mechanics, demonstrate a solid warmup and conditioning routine to help reduce the risk of injury, demonstrate proper grip, and instruct on how to develop the proper pitcher’s mindset.

CATCHING CLINIC
Our coaches will work with players to fine tune their blocking, framing, throwing and catching knowledge. Advanced drills will challenge the players to improve on the weak areas of their position, as well as reinforce their strengths.
Must have some level of experience catching.

SOFTBALL HITTING CLINIC
Our softball hitting clinic is designed to enhance your development by focusing on key fundamentals. You'll learn the essentials, including:
- Approach: Develop a consistent and effective strategy at the plate.
- Stance: Find the perfect stance to maximize your power and balance.
- Grip: Ensure a proper grip for better control and bat speed.
- Load: Master the mechanics of loading to generate maximum power.
- Timing: Improve your timing to make consistent, solid contact.
- Tracking the Ball: Enhance your ability to see and track the ball.
- Follow-Through: Learn the importance of a strong follow-through for better results.
This clinic is designed to provide ample opportunities for swings and contact, ensuring you get the practice you need to improve.

FALL WIFFLE BALL LEAGUE
Wiffle Ball League - Fall Fun Indoors!
Get ready for fast-paced action and big-time fun! Our Wiffle Ball program is a perfect way to keep kids moving and smiling this fall. With easy-to-learn rules and a safe, lightweight plastic bat and ball, it’s ideal for players of all experience levels.
Each week features exciting 5-on-5 games with coach pitching, making it the perfect blend of competition and skill development. The season kicks off October 3 and runs through November 14, with five weeks of league play followed by a Championship Day—complete with prizes for the winning teams!
Spots are limited—just four teams of five players per age group—so don’t wait to sign up!
All participants receive a team T-shirt (please include your child’s shirt size when registering).
No gear? No problem! All equipment is provided, and no prior experience is needed.

Drop In Sessions
Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training offers drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
A coach is present at all drop ins to offer guidance on drills or feed the pitching machine. Passes are flexible, players can come for 1/2 hour or stay the whole time.
Number of participants varies with each session.
Summer Hours (July 2, 2025 to August 31, 2025)
Saturdays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (July 5 - August 30)
Mondays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (July 7 - August 25) (no drop in Aug 4)
Thursdays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm (July 3 - August 28)
$35 single; $150 for 5 passes; $280 for 10 passes +HST

The Pre-Tryout Clinic is designed to work on the skills that coaches will look for at tryouts. Join us for 8 hours of training (2 hours, two times per week) leading up to September tryouts.
Clinic will focus on:
- Hitting and Offence
- Positional defense
- Throwing techniques
- Base running strategies
- Pitching fundamentals
