Winter Clinics
Join us this fall for an exciting opportunity to enhance your players development with professional instruction. Clinics we are offering include:
Fine-tune your player's pitching while receiving quality instruction.
Coaches will work with the pitchers, no more than 15 at a time, so each pitcher receives adequate attention. Coaches will use pitching drills to reinforce proper mechanics, demonstrate a solid warmup and conditioning routine to help reduce the risk of injury, demonstrate proper grip, and instruct on how to develop the proper pitcher's mindset.

BOMBA's training partner, Strike Zone Training, will be offering a 5-week hitting clinic on Tuesday evenings. This clinic will allow your players to refine their mechanics and learn consistency and confidence.
Coach Garrett Takamatsu will guide players though progression drills. Tee work, soft toss and batting practice will be the main components of the training method. If your player would like quality reps and the ability to fine tune their swing, this is the clinic for them.

Coaches will work with players on the basic fundamentals of blocking, catching, throwing, and understanding the position. They will build on this foundation based on players ability.
Date: Saturdays March 22- April 26 (no clinic April 19)
Time: 9:30am - 10:30am

Drop In Sessions!
Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training offers drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
A coach is present at all drop ins to offer guidance on drills or feed the pitching machine. Passes are flexible, players can come for 1/2 hour or stay the whole time.
Number of participants varies each session.
Winter Hours (starting January 4, 2025- April 24, 2025):
Saturdays - 4pm - 6pm
Mondays - 3:30pm -5pm
Thursdays -3:30pm - 5pm
$35 single; $150 for 5 passes; $280 for 10 passes +HST
Once you purchase a pass your players name will be added to a list. Please check in upon arrival. No need to pre-register.

House League Outdoor One-Day Clinic
Date: Saturday May 3
Time: 10am - 12pm

Join us for our outdoor baseball clinic at City View Park on May 3rd. This 2 hour clinic is designed for new and returning players of all skill levels! Whether they'll be stepping onto the diamond for the first time or gearing up for another season, this clinic has something for everyone.

House League 3 - Week Tune Up Clinic
Instructors will review the proper mechanics of hitting, fielding and pitching (age dependent) and provide players with opportunity to practice their skills through high energy drills and situational game play scenarios.
Each session will have two instructors present and children will be divided by age group, players will receive 45 min of hitting and fielding in each session.

Date: Mondays April 21, 28 and May 5
