BOMBA is looking for 3 High Performance (AAA) Head Coaches for the 2026 season (U12, U13 and U14).
We are looking for coaches with a high-level of baseball knowledge that are committed to the requirements of the high-performance team. Preference will be given to coaches with previous playing and coaching experience.

Bulls High Performance teams play from early May to Labour Day weekend in the Central Ontario Baseball Association (COBA) loop. High-Performance teams will receive extra training in the off-season, will play a fall ball schedule and compete in a US tournament. Teams will receive strength and conditioning (trainer will lead this).

Please submit an application if you are interested in being a Bulls High Performance Head Coach for the 2025-202625 season. Deadline for submission is June 20, 2025.
Assistant coaches do not need to apply and will be selected once teams are finalized.
Coach applications are reviewed by the Rep committee and are confidential.
Coaching decisions will be announced shortly after interviews take place.
Coaches must be available to participate in tryouts in late July/early August
Coaches must be available to participate in indoor training from early January to late April, 2026.
Coaches must have a valid police check (Vulnerable Sector) that is less than 2 years old by January 1, 2026.
Coaches must ensure they obtain the required NCCP certification as mandated by Baseball Ontario.
Coaches are held accountable for their behavior and conduct when representing Burlington as well as the behavior and conduct of their players, coaches and players' parents. In more serious matters, subject to a decision of the Board and/or Executive, a Coach may be removed from a team.
