18U OBA National Qualifiers - Volunteers

Once again, BOMBA is proud to host the 18U National Qualifiers. This prestigious tournament will crown the Ontario Champion at the 18U level, with the winner advancing to the Baseball Canada National Championship.

The tournament will run Thursday, July 30 through Sunday, August 2 (rain date: Monday) across four Burlington parks.

To help ensure the tournament runs smoothly, we are looking for volunteers to assist our site convenors throughout the weekend. Volunteer responsibilities include helping with field maintenance between games and supporting the site convenors with general tournament operations.

This is a great opportunity for high school students to earn or complete their required community service hours while enjoying some of the highest level of amateur baseball in Ontario.

Available Volunteer Shifts

Our experienced site supervisors will provide guidance and support throughout each shift, making this an enjoyable and rewarding volunteer experience.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring:

• Water and snacks
• A hat
• Sunscreen

• Comfortable clothing suitable for spending time outdoors, including footwear (ie - do not suggest you wear slides/flip flops)

Jason will follow up with additional details.  Please understand, cannot always accommodate ALL requests for park location, understanding the need to have volunteers at all parks.
