We are looking for dedicated people with good baseball knowledge to lead our Bulls.
If that is you, we encourage you to submit an application.
Bulls Rep and Dedicated Select (DS) teams play from early May to Labour Day weekend in the Central Ontario Baseball Association (COBA) loop.

Please submit an application if you are interested in being a Bulls Head Coach for the 2026-27 season. Deadline for submission is July 24, 2026.
Assistant coaches do not need to apply and will be selected once teams are finalized.
Coach applications are reviewed by the Rep committee and are confidential.
Rep committee members with players within BOMBA do not participate in the Head Coach selection process for their player's age group.
Coaching decisions will be announced on our website on Labour Day weekend.
For new teams (8U Team 1 and 9U Team 2, for example), Head Coach interviews and selections will occur after tryouts and team selection.
Coaches must be available to participate in tryouts in September, 2026. Schedule is currently TBD.
Coaches must be available to participate in indoor training from early January to late April, 2027.
Coaches must have a valid police check (Vulnerable sector) that is less than 2 years old by January 1, 2027.
Coaches must ensure they obtain the required NCCP certification as mandated by Baseball Ontario.
Coaches are held accountable for their behavior and conduct when representing Burlington as well as the behavior and conduct of their players, coaches and players' parents. In more serious matters, subject to a decision of the Board and/or Executive, a Coach may be removed from a team.

Please note that not all levels (1, 2, 3, Dedicated Select) will be available in all age groups. The number of teams depends on the number and the calibre of participants.
Applications for 12U AAA , 13U AAA and 14U EBLO, 15U EBLO, 16U EBLO & 18U EBLO are not being accepted here as those coaches have been announced.
