2026 Fall Ball SEASON START AND FINISH DATES
It is BOMBA’s goal to start our Fall Ball season play the week of August 24th and finish the week of September 28th. (6 weeks x 2 games per week = 12 games for each division)
GAME DAYS/NIGHTS
Game days/times may be subject to change based upon Fall diamond availability
PLAYER/FRIEND/COACH REQUEST POLICY
Historically, BOMBA has made efforts to accommodate individual requests to be placed on the same team as a friend or with a specific coach. However, feedback from the membership has indicated a stronger preference for balanced teams and divisions.
As a result, BOMBA WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REQUESTS BEYOND THE ENTRY-LEVEL DIVISIONS OF T-BALL AND JUNIOR COACH PITCH.
T-Ball and Junior Coach Pitch friend requests MUST be submitted via e-mail to the appropriate division convenor. Please note the following conditions apply:
Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.
NUMBER OF GAMES
Due to many factors BOMBA cannot guarantee the number of games your child will play in any season. Factors such as weather, diamond availability, number of registrants, umpire availability, holidays, or any other unforeseen issues such as power failure cutting off night lighting will all impact the number of games we can achieve.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you choose to withdraw your child from the Fall Ball season before the season begins, a $50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from your refund. The season is considered to begin on August 3, when team formation starts.
As team rosters and planning are in progress at that time, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals after August 3.
Due to the limited number of diamonds available in the City of Burlington in the Fall, Fall Ball registration is smaller than our Summer House League registration, so please register early so as not to be disappointed. Registration MUST be completed in FULL for a spot to be confirmed. Non-payment of registration fee could result in the spot being forfeited to another player. Spots will NOT be held without payment.
PARENTS / GUARDIANS RESPONSIBILITIES
Parents/Guardians are responsible to ensure that a player is in good health and has sufficient medical coverage, over and above the minimal insurance provided to the Association.
Parents/Guardians are responsible to purchase and ensure that the player wears the appropriate protective gear (i.e. jock or jill), when participating in all athletic events.
UNIFORM & FOOTWEAR
Players will receive, as part of their registration, a team shirt and baseball cap. Grey House League baseball pants are available for purchase at The Yard for $15/pair. The Yard office is open on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm and Saturdays 9am until noon (long weekends excluded)
At all levels of House League play athletic running shoes are acceptable. If the registrant chooses to wear baseball shoes metal cleats are not allowed until the level of 15U/18U.
BASEBALL GLOVES
Baseball gloves for all players are the responsibility of the Parent / Guardian to supply. Catcher’s Equipment will be supplied by BOMBA, one to a team.
BATTING HELMETS
Batting Helmets for all players are the responsibility of the Parent / Guardian to supply and are not to be shared.
