Bulls HPP and EBLO fees and refund policy
Program Fees
Fees for 12U-18U HPP and EBLO teams vary based on factors such as:
- Parent or non-parent coaching
- Number of tournaments
- Diamond and umpire costs
- Fall/Winter training plans
Final fees will be communicated before registration.
What Is Included
Program fees may include:
- Fall ball
- In-house strength and conditioning
- Indoor training facility access
- Professional off-season training
- Comprehensive uniform package
- HitTrax analytics
- Approximately 20-22 regular-season games
- Tournaments, which vary by team
- Diamond and park costs
- Umpire fees
- Scheduling and administration
Please note: The 12U Cooperstown tournament is not included in the regular program fee.
Payment Schedule
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at registration and is applied toward the total program fee.
The remaining balance will be paid in installments on:
- October 1
- November 1
- December 1
- January 1
- February 1
Payment Policy
Player accounts must remain up to date throughout the program. Players with outstanding payments may not participate in:
- Off-season training
- Practices
- Games
- Outdoor-season activities
Full payment is required before the outdoor season begins.
BOMBA reserves the right to suspend a player’s participation until outstanding fees are paid or an approved payment arrangement is in place.

Refund Policy
Program schedules, training, games and tournaments may vary by team.
Before May 1
If a player withdraws after registration but before May 1:
- The $500 registration deposit remains non-refundable.
- A partial refund may be considered for eligible costs not already incurred or committed by BOMBA.
- Eligible refund amounts may relate to games, practices or umpire costs.
- Medical or injury-related requests will be reviewed individually and may be prorated based on the portion of the program already delivered.
Any outstanding fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.
On or After May 1
No refunds will be issued on or after May 1.
