All Clinics and Drop In Sessions are held at The Yard, 1370 Artisans Court, Burlington (unless otherwise specified)
Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you choose to withdraw your child from registration more than one week before the commencement of a camp or clinic, there will be a $50 processing fee subtracted from your refund. There will be no refund if a participant withdraws with less than one week's notice before the commencement of a camp or clinic.

Fielding Clinic
The Strike Zone Fielding Clinic focuses on developing essential defensive skills, including fielding mechanics, agility, throwing, proper footwork, hand-eye coordination, glove work, and on-field positioning.
Players will work through structured drills designed to improve their defensive fundamentals and overall confidence in the field. The clinic places a strong emphasis on ground ball repetitions, throwing mechanics, footwork, and glove work.

Catchers Clinic
The Strike Zone Catchers Clinic is designed for players looking to improve their skills behind the plate.
Coaches will work with players on blocking, receiving, framing, throwing, and overall catching knowledge. Drills will challenge players to improve weaker areas of their game while reinforcing their strengths.

Pitching Clinic
The Strike Zone Pitching Clinic is designed to help pitchers refine their mechanics, improve consistency, and build confidence on the mound.
Coaches will work with pitchers in a small-group setting using drills that reinforce proper mechanics, warmup routines, grip work, conditioning habits, and throwing fundamentals. Players will also learn the importance of preparation and developing a strong pitcher’s mindset.

The Strike Zone Hitting Clinic is designed for players looking to improve their swing mechanics, build consistency, and gain confidence at the plate.
Players will be guided through a progression-based hitting program using tee work, soft toss, batting practice, and quality repetitions. The clinic focuses on mechanics, timing, approach, and overall swing confidence.
This clinic is a great fit for players who want focused instruction and the opportunity to fine-tune their swing in a small-group setting.

Jr. & Sr. Baseball Academy - BOMBA is pleased to announce that Strike Zone Baseball Academy is back for another off-season of focused player development.
This 12-week training program is designed for players looking for quality reps, professional coaching, and a more complete approach to improving their game. Players will train twice per week in a small-group setting, with each session focused on skill development, athletic movement, decision-making, and game awareness.
Throughout the program, athletes will work through a variety of baseball-specific training areas, including hitting, fielding, athleticism, agility, throwing, and pitching, where age appropriate. Players will also complete a HitTrax analysis to receive real feedback on their swing and better understand their development.
Jr. Baseball Academy

Players will receive consistent, high-quality instruction in a focused training environment. Sessions will include a mix of skill work, repetitions, movement training, competitive drills, and baseball IQ development.
This program is best suited for players who are committed to improving throughout the off-season and are ready to train with purpose.

Is your player interested in trying out for a Rep or Select team for the 2027 season?
BOMBA’s training partner, Strike Zone Training, is offering a Pre-Tryout Clinic for players age 7 plus who want to feel more prepared and confident heading into tryouts.
This clinic is designed to focus on the skills coaches look for during evaluations, while giving players extra reps and instruction in a structured training environment.
Players will work on:
Hitting and offence
Positional defense
Throwing mechanics
Base running
Pitching fundamentals
Game awareness and coachability
The clinic includes 8 hours of training, with 4 sessions running over two weeks.
Clinic Options:
Monday/Wednesday: August 17, 19, 24 & 26, 2026 - SOLD OUT
OR
Tuesday/Thursday: August 18, 20, 25 & 27, 2026 - SOLD OUT
Friday/Sunday: August 14, 26, 21, 23 - SOLD OUT
Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM weekday evenings; Sunday 9am - 11am

Players should bring: Helmet, bat, glove, indoor shoes, and water. No cleats.

Drop In Sessions
Want to put in some extra work hitting, catching, or fielding? Strike Zone Training offers drop in passes (available for purchase pack of 10, pack of 5 or single visit).
A coach is present at all drop ins to offer guidance on drills or feed the pitching machine. Passes are flexible, players can come for 1/2 hour or stay the whole time.
Number of participants varies with each session.
Summer Hours
Starts July 4th and goes until August 31st
Mondays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Thursdays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Saturdays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
$35 single; $150 for 5 passes; $280 for 10 passes +HST
Once you purchase a pass your player's name will be added to a list. Please check in upon arrival. No need to pre-register.
Passes valid for 1 year from purchase date.
