2026 BOMBA AGM

Please join us for BOMBA's Annual General Meeting (AGM)

When:  Thursday, October 15, 2026 - 7pm

Where: The Yard, 1370 Artisans Court, Burlington

All members of BOMBA are encouraged to attend the AGM of the organization to consider the following items:  

1. To elect Directors to vacant positions as per submitted nominations. A list of the nominees will be provided when submissions for nominations are closed. 
2. To review the financial statements of the Organization
3. To approve the auditors of the Organization 
4. To vote on any motions,  other/new business that is properly brought before the meeting.

The formal part of the meeting will be followed by a presentation given by BOMBA’s President summarizing the past year and the future of the Organization.

REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND AGM.
