The formal part of the meeting will be followed by a presentation given by BOMBA’s President summarizing the past year and the future of the Organization.
BOMBA is now accepting nominations for vacant Board positions. Directors must be available and able to attend regular Board Meetings that take place at least one day per calendar quarter. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President, the Secretary, or 2 Committee Chairs with notification of meeting provided at least 15 days in advance.
Those interested in running for a directorship are required to complete the Nomination Form and have it signed by two supporting members. The fully completed nomination form must be e-mailed to the BOMBA office (administrator@baseballburlington.com) and received no later than September 20th, 2025 at noon.
