2025 BOMBA AGM
Please join us for BOMBA's Annual General Meeting (AGM)
When: Thursday, October 2, 2025 - 7pm
Where: The Yard, 1370 Artisans Court, Burlington
All members of BOMBA are encouraged to attend the AGM of the organization to consider the following items:
- To elect Directors to vacant positions as per submitted nominations. A list of the nominees will be provided when submissions for nominations are closed.
- To review the financial statements of the Organization
- To approve the auditors of the Organization
- To vote on any motions, other/new business that is properly brought before the meeting.
The formal part of the meeting will be followed by a presentation given by BOMBA’s President summarizing the past year and the future of the Organization.
Interested in being a Director?
BOMBA is now accepting nominations for vacant Board positions. Directors must be available and able to attend regular Board Meetings that take place at least one day per calendar quarter. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President, the Secretary, or 2 Committee Chairs with notification of meeting provided at least 15 days in advance.
Those interested in running for a directorship are required to complete the Nomination Form and have it signed by two supporting members. The fully completed nomination form must be e-mailed to the BOMBA office (administrator@baseballburlington.com) and received no later than September 20th, 2025 at noon.
